This is our tongue-in-cheek ode to those old boys.

Made from insanely well-farmed vineyards, picked as early in the season as we dared, and macerated for about half the recommended time all the books say.

Bring on Boomer Juice – it’s everything you don’t expect from old-school Cabernet. This bad boy is spicy, herbaceous, and packed with red currants, and lavender and tied up in a frame of tart acidity.

Chillable, for all you slurpy fiends.

The Cabernet vineyards were planted in 1990 and are showing insane complexity with age.
