This ain’t your typical ballsy Grenache. Its pretty, light, and full of raspberries, bright spice and svelte textures. We left this one macerating for an extraordinarily short amount of time. The result is a rose-like color, with the backbone and structure of a respectable South Australian red. Throw me in the fridge and enjoy chilled, or on a picnic from a paper cup.
This wine is made from truly amazing vineyard stock – planted in 1950! There’s something awesome about drinking wines with real depth and history… this site was planted 13 years before cask wine was even invented!
