A different direction for this iteration of Boomer Juice.
Presenting with more of a ‘gentile Nonno’ vibe, rather than ‘obnoxious Boomer’. Although we
expect Sagrantino to come across as bold and somewhat aggressive, the approach here is the
opposite.
This keeps in line with Gonzo’s approach to red wine making. The fruit is muted and
blue in style, more violet flower and red rose than old tobacco and leather.
It’s insanely drinkable as a chilled red at the park, and just as approachable room temperature on the table
whilst sharing with a group of friends.
