A truly delicious wine made from properly farmed vineyards in the Riverland. Picked early to retain freshness, the winery work centred around an extended skin-contact phase to bring out some natural richness in the wine. It’s framed with amazing grip and texture, masses of beeswax, tangerine and tropical fruits, but remains savoury and supple. A real standout this year, but unfortunately in a very, very limited quantity.
